Important: HDmovie2 does not host, store, upload, or distribute any video files or copyrighted content. We are an information and discovery platform. Movie metadata is from the OMDB API. If you believe a third-party embed link violates your copyright, please use the contact information below.
1. Our Position on Copyright
HDmovie2 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws, we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement promptly.
2. What HDmovie2 Does Not Do
- We do not upload, host, or store any movies or TV show video files.
- We do not transcode or redistribute copyrighted video content.
- We display only metadata (titles, ratings, cast, plot summaries) sourced from the OMDB API.
- Third-party video player embed links shown on our site are publicly available on the internet; we do not control them.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on their behalf) and believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on our Site where the alleged infringing content appears.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
4. Send DMCA Notices To

Response time: We will respond within 48–72 hours.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must meet the requirements set out in Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.
6. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, HDmovie2 will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
